This policy describes how Stanzary, a product of Catarina Music Group, LLC (“Stanzary,” “we,” “us”), handles information collected through this website. The Stanzary product is in development; this site exists to share information about it and to collect early-access applications and pilot inquiries.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and your answers to the application or inquiry questions (such as your role, location and time zone, co-writing activity, and free-text responses). We do not collect creative materials (lyrics, demos, recordings, or split documents) through this site.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log basic technical information such as IP addresses and requested pages for security and operational purposes.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to evaluate early-access applications and pilot inquiries, to reply to you personally, to invite you to research conversations you have agreed to, and to send you occasional updates about Stanzary’s development. We use aggregate, non-identifying summaries of application answers to guide what we build.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your information to train generative AI models. We do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.
Who processes it
Form submissions and email updates are processed by Kit (Kit.com, our email service provider), which stores subscriber data on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms. Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing privacy@stanzary.com, and we will honor the request except where we are required to retain records by law.
Retention
We keep application and inquiry data while we are recruiting and running early research, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for those purposes or upon your verified request.
Children

Changes
